These terms govern your use of home.dtdm.us and dtdm.us (the "Site") and the free and paid digital products offered by Dan the Digital Man ("DtDM", "we", "us"). By using the Site, submitting your email, or buying a product, you agree to them.
Free downloads
Free downloads are delivered by email after you subscribe. They are provided for your personal and business use. You may not resell, redistribute or republish a free download, or claim it as your own, unless it states otherwise.
Paid products
Paid products are sold through SamCart checkout. The price, what is included, and any refund terms are shown on the product and checkout pages at the time of purchase. Products that include PLR (private label rights) are licensed under the license terms stated in the product. If those terms conflict with these terms, the product's license terms apply to that product.
Email communications
By submitting your email and ticking the consent box, you agree to receive emails from us, including the download you requested and later messages about our resources and products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site and in our products, including text, designs, logos and files, belongs to DtDM or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned in our resources belong to their owners.
No professional advice; no guarantees
Our guides and tools are provided for general information and education. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. Results depend on many factors, and we make no promise of any particular outcome, income or result.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site and free downloads are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DtDM is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or its content. For paid products, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or use it in violation of law.
Third-party services
Email, checkout and payment services are run by third parties (including Kit, SamCart, Stripe and PayPal) under their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for how information is shared with them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
